3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Method
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI, as provided by the customer during the return process. We do not offer refunds in cash.
